Eloise Copper Mine Expansion Highlights Mineral Processing Equipment

AIC Mines is advancing the processing plant expansion at the Eloise copper mine in Queensland, Australia. Commissioning of the expanded plant began in September 2026, marking progress toward increasing the mine’s copper ore processing capacity.

The expansion is designed to increase processing capacity from approximately 725,000 tonnes to 1.1 million tonnes of ore per year. The upgrade includes additional crushing and screening facilities, grinding and classification equipment, flotation facilities, and concentrate filtration infrastructure.

The expanded mineral processing plant is intended to support increased ore feed from the Eloise operation and the nearby Jericho copper-gold project. Efficient coordination between crushing, grinding and flotation equipment is important for handling ore and supporting copper recovery.
